1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 calendar days of the day you (or a nominated person) received the goods - without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the returned goods must:

• Be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your cancellation.
• Be in their original, unopened packaging and unused condition (where reasonably practicable).
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order reference).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered in error or is defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Opened or partially consumed food supplements (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Products that have been personalised at your request.

4. Refund Process and Timing

Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase where possible. You will receive written confirmation of the refund by email or post.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement at your choice.
